A - There are three easy ways to submit your photo. 1- Submit your photo via email 2- Send us your photo to be scanned Do you already have a scanned photo of yourself? Then attach it to an email as a .jpeg or .gif file and email it to: photos@utahsingles.com
Do you have a Net Cam or video camera? Then you can submit a video clip of yourself by emailing your video clip as attachment file to: videos@utahsingles.com We only accept video clips that are in .mpg or .mov or .avi file formats. Please limit the file size to 500K or less. A 5 to 10 second clip is best. By submitting a photo or video clip of yourself, your GREATLY improve your odds of finding that perfect match. SEND US YOUR PHOTO VIA REGULAR MAIL Please send your photos via US mail to the following address: UtahSingles.com Please include your full name and profile name with your photo. Please include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope if you would like your photo returned. DO NOT SEND VIDEOS TO US VIA REGULAR US MAIL. WE CAN NOT USE THEM AND WE WILL NOT RETURN THEM. You can quickly and inexpensively have a digital photo taken at any Kinko's. They will even email your digital photo to our email address: photos@utahsingles.com User name & Password Q - I can not remember my user name or password. What do I do? A - Just click on forgot your password. Enter your profile name and your password will be sent to your real email address. Q - How do I change my user name or password? A - To change your password simply update your profile. To change your user name (profile name) simple send us an email with the new user name you would like to use. Q - Why can't my user name be the same as my email address? A - To ensure your privacy and security we require a unique user name (profile name) that is different from your email address.
