iPod Contest Rules

If you have already submitted a profile and submitted a photo then you have automatically been entered to win. You do not need to submit another profile or photo. However, your current profile and photo must meet the requirements below.

No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

• To be eligible, participants must be 18 years of age or older, and a legal resident of Utah.
  
  
• Only one entry per household or per person.
  
  
• You must complete the entire free profile.
  
  
• You must provide a valid email address so we can contact you if you should win.
  
  
• All information in your profile must be valid at the time of submission.
  
  
• You must provide a clear recent color photo of yourself. (Width 300 dpi min).
  
  
• All current a future profiles are eligible to win.
  
  
• Employees, consultants, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotional agencies, and individuals providing services to Sponsor through an outsourcer or employment agency during the Promotion Period, and any of their immediate family members (defined as parents, children, spouses, and siblings) are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

If you are picked as a winner you agree to let us use your first name and photo in any current and future promotions of the site.

One Apple iPod nano (1GB) (retail value approximately $149) will be awarded to the winners. The winners will be selected by random each month.

The number of iPods and length of the contest shall be determined and governed by Utah Singles LLC.

Utah Singles LLC reserves the right to change or update the rules of the iPod contest at any time.
